Given my content area is secondary English, I naturally looked for a blog pertaining to teaching English at the secondary level. The blog I found was one which contained numerous articles on a plethora of subjects pertinent to the field of English pedagogy: Shakespeare, drama, grammar, etc. The authenticity of the blog creator's teaching status is verified by her having a site on the Indiana BOE server.

Given I believe one of our assignments was to post a site related to education we thought was interesting, I found this. The blog offers tips on teaching English using popular Alfred Hitchcock films. I think this is definitely useful given the use of films in the classroom to teach is an area of education which, although is utilized heavily in classrooms across the country, has no specific guide to help teachers to utilize materials optimally.
